Quick Cookie for One
Mix…
1/4 cup oats
1 T brown sugar
1T chocolate chips
1T raisins
2 T flour (can use whole wheat)
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t vanilla
1/2 T ground flax
pinch salt
2 T water
microwave for 45-50 seconds.
Fantastic cookie for one – for well under 200 calories!
